If you stop using it you don’t have to worry about the exchange rate of the American dollar verse the Iraqi dinar...The value of the American dollar will drop like a meteor in the ocean. If you stop using the American dollars…the value of the dollar will go down and the value of the Iraqi dinar will go up.
