Judy Note: Four different credible sources reported that GCR monies had been released over the weekend and that those funds would be available this week.
Rumor came from the Philippines that on Fri. 9 June Michael Reuben, Head of the US Paymasters, had sent out contracts to 28 Paymasters – who would be paid within 24 hours after signing their contract.
Late Saturday night 10 June 2023 High Up Sources reported that monies released for the Global Currency Revaluation had started in Zurich, plus that the Admiral’s Group began releasing funds over this weekend that were destinedfor Tiers 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Mon. 12 June MarkZ: A lot of very positive stuff occurred over this weekend. We are getting a lot of chatter for the possibilities of some group level currency exchanges over the next day or so. They are getting blown up with requests, times and logistics.
The groups are large church groups and Indian Nations. I would name some specifically but would end up in trouble. I am told that the goal (for Groups to go) is between Tuesday and Thursday of this week. The groups are certainly pushing for that to be accurate.
An Iraqi article said, “Iraq’s Parliament approves budget, ending dispute over oil revenue sharing with Kurdish region.” This is huge. Oil sharing with Kurdish region is the HCL and one of the major steps we have been waiting for.
What I am hearing from the streets in Iraq is that they need a day or a couple days for the prices to stabilize and I should have an update as to what they are saying “timing wise” soon.
Mon. 12 June Clare: Iraqi Parliament approves the tripartite budget” WOOHOOOO!!! THE BUDGET IS FORMALLY DONE! Quote “Article 68 states: This law shall be published in the Official Gazette and implemented as of January 1, 2023.”
Mon. 12 June Goldilocks: Per CBI Banker Contact in Iraq. Iraq is currently working with JP Morgan and the Federal Reserve on migrating to the FEDNOW International payment system. And, their banking employees are currently undergoing logistics training on the FEDNOW services. …Our next banking benchmark is Mon. 19 June 2023. The Bank of England migrates to the ISO 20022. At this point, some of the largest banks in the world will be on board with the International Messaging System running inside our three Global Nation Payment Systems. This will be a migration of one of the largest Banks around the world where cash flows run through internationally.

Some say that that Tier4b notification would happen prior to an Emergency Broadcast System announcement of a 2-4 week communication shutdown, while Head of the Global Redemption Committee, Dr. Charlie Ward, indicated on his show that Tier4b notification would come after the EBS – which was expected to begin at any moment.

Now I love gold. I also love Bitcoin. And anybody who thinks a gold-backed cryptocurrency is a promising idea lacks a funder.
