The mysterious US withdrawal agreement… what next?

  In Iraq

It is certain for everyone that achieving full national sovereignty is directly linked to the integration of the pillars of the independent state in accordance with what is approved by the principles of constitutional law and international law.

The basic part of national sovereignty, in its legal and practical form, must be achieved by ending American guardianship over the Iraqi reality politically, militarily and economically. All of this cannot be achieved by one political party, but rather requires comprehensive national political consensus.

The question that arises is, will the American withdrawal from Iraq prevent the American embassy in Baghdad from interfering in Iraqi affairs?

No one can guarantee this, because this embassy interferes in everything, even parliamentary legislation, and stirs up sedition.

Political observers confirm that the American strategy towards the region and Iraq is based on constants that do not change with the change of American administrations, and the goal of its remaining in the region is to protect its interests and the interests of the Zionist entity, and it is also working to continue its economic hegemony, especially in Iraq.

Financially, the United States of America continues to impose its control over Iraq in many vital files, including depositing the money from selling Iraqi oil in the US Federal Bank amidst clear blackmail by passing many files, most notably the dollar bill, which constitutes great pressure on the government.

Political observer Sabah Al-Akeili considered the recent agreement between Iraq and the United States of America to withdraw militarily from Iraq for a year to be unreliable.

Al-Akeili said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, “This form of agreement will keep national sovereignty hostage to the American pincers, and this includes everything, such as its money and economy.”

He promised that the agreement announced by the Iraqi government with the American side regarding the military withdrawal from Iraq within a period not exceeding one year is questionable because the Americans did not confirm this in an official statement.

He pointed out that “the sudden change in acceptance of the period announced by the Sudanese government after he had been procrastinating in his negotiations and insisting on withdrawing until the end of 2027 is perhaps a tactic for the security conditions and repercussions taking place in the Middle East region.”

He added, “Even if we accept that the agreement is correct, the Iraqi economy and its money will remain under the American political and financial will, which is tied to the pincers of the American Federal Bank, which dominates Iraq’s oil money.”

Last Friday, the international coalition officially announced the end of its mission in Iraq within 12 months, in a joint statement with Iraq.
