KTFA:
Zeeman: Just a thought. Iraq has made great strides in improving the country and working on cleaning up corruption even though like in the US- everywhere you turn there is corruption.
What if iraq wanted to change the value of their money which they really need but could not due to outside intervention like the US.
The US is losing its power of the USD worldwide and since Iraq is considering BRICS as well as depegging from the USD…..could there be pressure by the US not to change the value of the dinar? Just a thought imo
Suzie: If there IS outside interference such as from the US that tells me Iraq isn’t “sovereign” yet and with the exchange rates of dollar and dinar going up again….who knows? Until they iron out the HCL and finalize it and have FULL clearance from the IMF I think we’re waiting for awhile yet…..just MY opinion, hope I’m wrong.
DoTalkToMe: Iraq is not in control of when they will be allowed to open their budget. They are waiting for a green light from another institution. Stall after stall it drags on. Still believeing for 2023 as of now.
Petra I am sure there are folks who don’t want this to happen. Fortunately, there are a lot more powerful and influential people who want this to go…like 44 million Iraqi’s who have been promised more PP and a new rate! And there are many “influential and powerful” people in Iraq that are mad that this has “not” occurred!
Frank26 [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY: TV says the CBI is on the ground working on banking reforms. FRANK: Banking reforms mean a new exchange rate and international currency and the removal of USD by de-pegging. And by de-pegging from the American dollar so they can pair with many other counties in an international basket that will float and add value to your currency. That’s what what means.
