[via Frank26] [New Iraqi ATMs update] They’re there. They’re inside the banks and they’re outside the banks on the wall and they’re strategically located all over. There’s a bulletin/piece of paper/an announcement that’s on the ATMs it says, ‘These ATMs are not active right now but you will be using them very soon citizens of Iraq.’ …My understanding is all the ATMs are to be loaded with a different currency before mid-month. I have to leave it that right now.
