The majority of the investors in this investment have a theory and a conclusion that the implementation of the budget just magically changes the rate. The budget is an approved law. They approved the dinar at a value of 1300 per dollar inside that budget. Iraq has never magically changed…any aspect of a law…It’s not gonna happen. There’s no way an approved law can magically change the rate by snapping your fingers.
